Carlos Gustavo Palacios Morales joined the firm at its inception and has more than 20 years of professional experience. His practice has focused primarily on civil and commercial procedural law.

He has experience in a wide range of civil and commercial litigation, individual enforcement proceedings for banks and private parties, collective enforcement proceedings representing either creditors or debtors, summary eviction proceedings, and the recovery of property through ordinary ownership recovery actions or constitutional amparo proceedings.

He also specializes in mergers and acquisitions, advising during due diligence on all aspects of litigation brought by or against the company being acquired.

Degree in Legal and Social Sciences from Universidad Rafael Landívar.

Participation in due diligence processes and the negotiation of share purchase agreements for the acquisition of fuel companies internationally. Member of the Board of Directors of a textile manufacturing company with a significant national presence.

Acts as litigation counsel for various nationally and internationally renowned companies and handles intellectual property litigation for international brands. 

Acts as litigation counsel for influential national associations.

Lecturer at Universidad Rafael Landívar from 2003 to 2005.
