• Matter involving the creation of a financing vehicle for investment in real estate projects without bank involvement, avoiding standard-form contracts whose terms benefit only the banks. This was an innovative matter, designing a financing vehicle to avoid reliance on banks and the conditions they impose solely for their own benefit. It demonstrates that financing for different projects can be obtained lawfully through vehicles that benefit both parties, without the need to establish investment companies.
• Matter involving the establishment of a bonded warehouse under applicable domestic and international legislation, to lease, sublease or serve industrial, commercial and service-sector users, using its own staff or third-party personnel of interest to the warehouse. This is an innovative and noteworthy matter because the bonded warehouse is being established with private financing and no government involvement beyond the permits required by law. As a firm, we are the first to establish a bonded warehouse through a private initiative without recourse to financial institutions or the public sector, independently providing all tax and legal consulting and advice.
