Diego is a lawyer in the Civil Litigation and Arbitration department. His expertise is based on participation in litigation and arbitration before national courts and national and international arbitration tribunals, respectively. These disputes have encompassed various areas, including enforcement actions, commercial sales, insurance policies, technology, logistics, telecommunications, and administrative contracts with the government, among others.

Additionally, Diego has experience in Investor-State disputes in the energy and mining sectors, particularly before the ICSID.
