Diego is a lawyer in the Civil Litigation and Arbitration department. His experience and focus are centered on conflict resolution and prevention, closely collaborating in the design of strategies and the presentation of administrative and judicial actions to safeguard his clients’ interests by providing effective solutions to complex disputes.


His expertise is based on participation in litigation and arbitration before national courts and national and international arbitration tribunals, respectively. These disputes have encompassed various areas, including enforcement actions, commercial sales, insurance policies, technology, logistics, telecommunications, and administrative contracts with the government, among others.


Additionally, Diego has experience in Investor-State disputes in the energy and mining sectors, particularly before the ICSID. His unique background allows him to provide comprehensive advice to his clients, proposing solutions that address both the national and international aspects of disputes, thereby effectively and strategically supporting his clients’ interests.
