I oversee Mr. Mazariegos’ compliance officer, directing the procurement of the different procedures before the Registries of: Real Estate Property, Intellectual Property, Legal Entities, Commercial Registry. General Archive of Protocols, Municipalities, Ministry of Government, Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Ministry of Public Finances, National Registry of Persons, among others. Collaboration in the area of Intellectual Property and occasionally in the Corporate, Real Estate and Notarial areas.

My work experience at Alegalis has allowed me to train and therefore to have experience in the different areas of the firm, except in the litigation area. I advise and guide the different collaborators when they have doubts about specific issues. I have experience in conducting corporate audits, advice on certain issues of money laundering, I also have experience in the area of Voluntary Jurisdiction, the processing and registration of distinctive signs in the Registry of Intellectual Property. This includes registration procedures, from the execution to the processing and registration.
