Within the activities that I develop in the position that I currently perform I can individualize the legal advice of all kinds, especially in matters related to the real estate and corporate branch, preparation of contracts that are related or derived from the real estate projects that our clients develop, among which stand out: sales promises, sales and purchases, bank loans, leases, constitution of horizontal property and condominium systems, constitution of easements, dismemberments, constitution of corporations, neighborhood associations, attention to assemblies, etc., as well as all obligations prior and subsequent to the execution of such contracts.
