Her current responsibilities include providing legal advice of all kinds, particularly in real estate and corporate matters, and drafting contracts related to or arising from our clients’ real estate projects. These include preliminary sale and purchase agreements, sale and purchase agreements, bank loans, leases, the establishment of horizontal property and condominium regimes, easements, property subdivisions, incorporation of corporations and neighborhood associations, and assistance at general meetings, among others, together with all obligations arising before and after the execution of these contracts.
